Hi! I'm a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach focusing on nutrition. My passion is empowering women to take control of their health so they can live their best life. I studied at Duke Health and Well-Being where I learned the art of working with clients to help them achieve lasting life changes. I continued my education with Precision Nutrition and have my Level 1 Nutrition Certification.
I focus on nutrition to help women lose weight and/or improve digestive health, diet, food cravings, hormone balance, sleep, and energy levels. I work one-on-one with patients and also host group workshops.
I live in Northeast Florida with my husband and 3 kids. We have a busy lifestyle, so making clean eating easy is a must. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, laughing a lot, working out, and going to many soccer games.
1. I hate small talk, but love to have deep, meaningful conversations.
2. I love to travel and hope to visit Croatia and Turkey one day.
3. Cozying up on the coach for family movie night is my favorite way to spend a Friday night.
4. My go-to vacation cocktail is a spicy margarita.
5. I became extremely interested in nutrition when my daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease many years ago.
6. Our social life is filled with lots of kid events, but I love this stage of life with them. I wish I could freeze this time.
7. Embarrassingly, I love Bravo. It's one habit I'm not sure I can break.
8. I consider myself an extroverted introvert.
9. My favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas, but my favorite season is Summer.
10. Beautiful turquoise oceans make me happy. I hope to retire in a tropical place one day.
