"I just completed a 4-Week Wellness program with Lindsey. I call her Coach!

My family physician suggested I reach out to her because I was having issues with IBS and overall health. So, we began a lovely and informative relationship. We met remotely since I live in Winter Haven, Fl, communicating by phone, texts, and emails. The vast knowledge she shared was immense!! 

Each day I received an email with information that changed my life! How to pick the right foods, how to listen to my body, WHY to eat organic, how to maintain my blood sugar levels throughout the day to avoid cravings, and how to read labels. Most importantly it started with a two-week DETOX program that eliminated sugar, processed foods, gluten, and dairy. She supplied recipes that were easy to follow; stressing the importance of water intake (providing several very delicious water elixir recipes). If you wanted, you could use a food diary, to track what you ate and how it made you feel. 

The results were measurable: I feel great! I have lost weight and so has my husband! My energy levels are off the charts! Honestly, I have not felt this good in several years!

"There is a saying, you don't know what you don't know. In my case with my overall health, I considered myself a very healthy person, however I knew that something was off. I've always been extremely active. I love to run and thought I has a healthy diet most of the time. This past year I've noticed I wasn't sleeping as well, my runs were slow or sluggish.
