Do your patients need more support than you have time to provide?

for physicians

Are you frustrated that you don't have enough time to support and educate your patients more closely on healthy habits, behavior change, and healthy food choices?

Are your patients frustrated because they need more hand-holding and accountability than you have time to give?

As a doctor, your time is a premium. In your patient encounters, you may only have time to make recommendations and outline a plan, but some of your patients need close support and assistance in actually implementing that plan.

That's exactly where I come in!

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness coach, my job is to coach people through the nutrition and lifestyle changes needed to lose weight, improve digestion, and increase energy.

I can explain, in detail, how to make healthy food choices so that they can easily implement them into their lifestyle.  I work closely with them so they can form sustainable habits to make significant improvements in their health.

I can help your patients achieve their health goals.

Improved health outcomes for your patients.

You can rest assured that your patients are learning how to eat healthy, communicated in a way that your patients can understand and adhere to.

You'll be empowering your patients to improve their own health through lifestyle change

Increase your available time and satisfaction, knowing that the education and coaching component of your patients' wellness strategy has been taken care of.

You can outsource the time-consuming tasks of patient support, motivation, and education.
Increase your own revenue potential, by freeing up your available time for more visits.

Why would you want to refer your patients to a health coach?

Research is beginning to show that patient outcomes improve with health coaching.

In fact, the American Medical Association has this to say:

"Health coaching is a team-based approach that helps patients gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to become active participants in their care. The old saying, “Give a man a fish, and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime” demonstrates the difference between rescuing a patient and coaching a patient. Patients with chronic conditions need to learn how to fish. Health coaching can be supplemented with health literacy strategies and effective communication techniques, such as ask-tell-ask, teach-back and/or action planning to ensure patient comprehension of their care plans and help them achieve their goals."

some of my happy clients...

Cara, MD

Shari K., retired nurse

"Working with Lindsey has been life-changing for my overall outlook regarding food and my overall health. Since working with Lindsey, I have achieved my weight loss goals and also developed a new way to look at eating. As a physician, I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about nutrition. I never endorse fad diets and fully believe in balance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Lindsey endorsed the same mindset. Her focus on overall healthy lifestyle and wise food choices while still allowing for the incorporation of my favorite foods is so refreshing. While following her plan, I never felt restricted from eating the foods I enjoy. I was finally able to control my cravings without letting them control me. Her reference materials contained very solid and accurate information, and I continue to read them frequently. I am so happy to have developed a balanced diet that allows me to maintain a healthy weight while still never feeling restricted from indulging in the foods I enjoy. I am so happy to have worked with Lindsey and strongly recommend her to anyone!"

"I just completed a 4-Week Wellness Program with Lindsey. I call her Coach!

My family physician suggested I reach out to her because I was having issues with my IBS and overall health. So, we began a lovely and informative relationship. We met remotely since I live in Winter Haven, FL, communicating by phone, texts, and emails. The vast knowledge she shared was immense!

Each day I received an email with information that changed my life! How to pick the right foods, how to listen to my body, WHY to eat organic, how to maintain my blood sugar levels throughout the day to avoid cravings, how to read labels, and most importantly it started with a two-week DETOX program that eliminated sugar, processed foods, gluten, and dairy. She supplied the recipes that were easy to follow, stressing the importance of water intake (providing several very delicious water elixir recipes). If you wanted, you could use a food diary not to keep track of what you ate, but to track it made you feel.

The results were measurable: I feel great! I have lost weight and so has my husband! My energy levels are off the charts! Honestly, I have not felt this good in several years!

If you need a great wellness coach, I would highly recommend Lindsey."
